After more than a decade of research and endless experimenting, I created this brand from something deeply personal: I grew up loving homemade pancakes, but once I became gluten-free, those simple joys disappeared. Upon discovering myself and my family’s food allergies I created an amazing gluten free all purpose flour mix which creates 4 different delicious foods. That’s how Sammie’s Mixes were born—to bring that joy back. Our mixes are made for anyone who wants easy, delicious pancakes, waffles, donuts, or muffins with minimal ingredients.
